Earth Day

Earth Day means a lot to us here. Everything we do embodies the spirit of preservation and respect for the land that we call home. Salvaging and repurposing the materials from the barns that we tear down is recycling to the highest degree. The wood we use to create tables, benches, doors, and more has seen a lot of growth and change happening around it during the years. The wood then goes through its own changes as we turn it into something new to cherish. It’s a beautiful process that we’re proud to be a part of.

As the farmlands of the Midwest deteriorate, we have found an important place in the lives of the barns and structures we take down. We understand the importance of preserving the past while embracing change and doing so in a way that is earth friendly. This is why we believe so wholeheartedly in what we are doing.

Just like the wood we create with, our earth has endured growth and change. And while it may seem overwhelming to change the momentum on certain grand scale issues currently happening on our planet, there is always something you can do. Even the smallest act of care and awareness for our planet can have a meaningful impact.

We hope you’ll celebrate earth today in whatever way you can. Hug a tree, volunteer your time, tend to your garden. Honor our home today and every day.
